To provide a more flexible and high-quality learning environment, we are pleased to introduce a new membership system, booking platform, and updated studio policies starting April 1, 2026.
①✨New Monthly Membership & “No Expiration” Rollover! ✨
We are introducing a new Monthly Membership (subscription) system, allowing you to plan your training more consistently. If you would like to take additional classes, “top-up” classes will be available at a per-class rate.
The biggest highlight:
❤️ Unused classes will never expire as long as you remain a Monthly Member. ❤️

Leave of Absence: You may pause your membership for up to 3 months per year. Your rolled-over classes will remain saved during this time.

Please note: If you cancel your Monthly Membership or switch to Drop-in access/member, any unused rolled-over classes will expire.
② ✨New Booking System: “hacomono”✨
Starting April 1, we will be switching from Coubic/Kantanyoyaku to a new, user-friendly booking platform called hacomono.
Detailed instructions on how to use hacomono will be sent to you shortly.
③ Current Class Tickets 🎟️
With the introduction of the monthly membership system, sales of 5-class and 10-class tickets will end on March 31, 2026.
Don’t worry — any tickets you currently have will remain valid until their original expiration date. We will ensure a smooth transition for everyone.
④ Open Pole & Aerial hours (Self-Practice) 🙇♀️
Self-practice sessions will continue to use a ticket system. Please note that under the new system, expiration dates will be strictly enforced, and we will no longer be able to extend or roll over expired practice tickets.
In exchange, we have made class rollovers unlimited for our monthly members, providing maximum flexibility! ⭐️
⑤ Updated Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Notice) 🙇♀️
To ensure that students on the waiting list have a fair opportunity to join classes, the cancellation deadline will change from 12 hours to 24 hours prior to the class start time.
This change will help us create a more accessible and fair environment for everyone.
⑥ Annual Sports Insurance Update 🙇♀️
To ensure long-term safety and support for our students, our Sports Safety Insurance will change from a one-time signup fee to an annual renewal system.
The insurance (1,650 yen per year) protects you during your practice. You will receive an automated notification through the booking system when your renewal date approaches.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping your coverage up to date.
⑦ New Pricing & Terms of Service (Effective April 1)

As a token of appreciation for our loyal students, we are offering a special transition campaign:

(both valid for 3 months)
Terms:
*A minimum 3-month commitment to the Monthly Membership is required to participate in this campaign.
*You can defer your membership start date by up to one month. This allows you to start at your own convenience without any wasted fees.
*Annual Sports Insurance (1,650 yen) will be charged based on your individual renewal date. If you have already paid for the current year, you will not be double-charged during this transition.
