Studio Rental 2026

A Studio

The studio is 100 m², with ceiling heights of 3.9 m and 2.8 m. A default setup includes 10 poles and 2 aerial rigging points. If the studio is used as is, no additional staff setup fees will apply. The number of poles can be adjusted from 0 to 12, and the number of aerial rigging points can be increased to 5. (Additional setup fees may apply. Please refer to the section below.) You can play music via Bluetooth.

B Studio

The studio is  28 m², with ceiling heights of 3.9 m and 2.8 m. 2 poles and 1 aerial rigging point are installed by default. If the studio is used as is, no additional staff setup fees will apply. The number of poles can be adjusted from 0 to 3, and the number of aerial rigging points can be increased to 3. (Additional setup fees may apply. Please refer to the section below.) You can play music via Bluetooth.

Additional Staff Setup Fees for Studio Rental

A Studio: 10 poles and 2 aerial rigging points are installed by default.
B studio: 2 poles and 1 aerial rigging point are installed by default.

If you use the studio as is, no additional setup fees will be charged.

If you would like to:

  • Increase the number of poles (up to 12 in A Studio, up to 3 in B Studio)
  • Decrease the number of poles (minimum 0)
  • Install aerial silks/hoops (up to 5 in A Studio, up to 3 in B Studio)
  • Set up a mix of poles and aerial equipment.

Additional staff setup fees may apply as listed below.

Please note:
Changing the setup (especially full removal or installation of poles) involves specialised work, including working at height and handling heavy equipment.

Depending on staff availability, both pricing and our ability to accommodate your request may vary. Please be sure to confirm in advance.

Please note that we may not be able to arrange staff for same-day or last-minute setup changes, so we kindly ask that you make your request in advance.

Additional Staff Setup Fees:
・Installation/removal of 1–3 poles and up to 2 aerial points – Free – 2,750 yen
・Installation/removal of 4–5 poles and up to the maximum number of aerial points – 5,500 yen
・Installation/removal of 6 or more poles, or full removal of all poles from the floor – 11,000 yen – 25,000 yen

Pricing Policy

  1. Cases where fees are waived (free):
     If a full-time staff member capable of performing the requested setup is available during your desired time slot, the above setup fees will be waived (free of charge).
  2. Cases where fees apply:
     If the setup cannot be handled by on-site staff and requires arranging additional technical staff, the above estimated fees will be charged.

Please note

・Rental time ends at the studio exit and includes changing clothes and cleaning up.
・For cancellations, the following fees apply. Cancellation the day before = 100%, 2 days before = 50%
・Please treat our studio facilities and equipment with respect. You will be charged for damage.
・Please disassemble or return the equipment, leaving the studio as it was on arrival.
・We offer discounts on regular bookings. Please contact us.
・No smoking anywhere in the studio.
・Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the dance floor.
