Our studio has 12 poles, usually, everybody has their own pole so you get the best workout! (Except some weekend classes and workshops)
Exotic Pole Dance 70min
The focus of this class is on floor moves, smooth trick transitions and teaches you how to strut in your stilettos. After 2 to 3 months of pole dance Lv1 experience, you can try on to this class. This class will be teaching a different choreographed piece each time so feel free to jump in at any time. We are eagerly awaiting you with high heels and exotic choreography at the ready! Please bring high heels.
Chair Acro Dance 70min
All levels welcome! Get cheeky and be acrobatic! You will learn various fun, sexy dance moves and acrobat tricks using a chair with slow choreography in and around the chair. Recommended for dance beginners and pole dancers who want to learn floor dance technics.
Extreme Stretch 70分
Extreme stretching class will take your flexibility to the next level!This class is ideal if you want to improve your flexibility and strength for pole, aerial or other disciplines. Additionally, you will learn proper, safe and beautiful handstand and backbend based on rhythmic gymnastic technique. Not only just to get flexibility, but she will also help you overcome your weaknesses and help you improve your performance. All levels are welcome!
Aerial Tissu 90min
Aerial Tissu is a type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while suspended by a special fabric. All levels are welcome. Please bring a short-sleeved T-shirt and long bottoms or alternatively a short-sleeved Unitard (sleeveless tops are not suitable for reasons of hygiene). We have a basic level for introduction for absolute beginners or students who have little experience. Beginner level for students who have more than 6 months – a year of experiences. This class is for male and female students.
Aerial Hoop 90min
Aerial Hoop is a circular steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists perform aerial acrobatics. All levels are welcome. Please bring a T-shirt and long bottoms or alternatively a Unitard. This class is for male and female students.
Contortion is a circus, flexibility technique performance and special Acrobatic feats featuring extraordinary flexibility and strength by bending the body in all directions. Beginners welcome, for males and females. Please note: Contortion is not a stretch class purposed for health and relaxation comfortably. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
Open Pole and Aerial 60min
Practice all you want! Open Pole/Aerial is an opportunity to practice on your own for an hour with a pole/tissu/hoop all to yourself in our large studio. This class is for male and female students.
All levels welcome! You will learn various fun, sexy dance moves and acrobat tricks wearing high heels. You don’t use pole.
