We are calling all performers!
More than 50 students and 400 audience members will be present at the annual Pole Dance Tokyo’s big showcase.
Let’s express ourselves and make our summer special on this big stage of Uchisaiwaicho Hall! You will be performing twice during this day for different audiences in the afternoon and the evening.
We encourage first-time participants, beginners, and experienced dancers to perform in the very popular “Instructor’s Choreography Team Course”. It’s a lot of fun. You get to make new friends and complete the piece together!
Please apply as soon as possible, as we may close applications earlier than the deadline because each team has a limited number of performers.

Date & Time: Sunday, July 7th, 2024, two performances of the same show per day, one at 1:30 PM and one at 5:00 PM.

Instructor’s Choreography Team Course :
In this course, our excellent instructors will guide you in song selection and choreography, and you will work in groups of 3 to 10 people to complete the show together. The group will perform big tricks and group dances that can only be done in a group and give the audience a fantastic show! Pole dance, aerial hoop, aerial tissu, and chair dance courses are available.
The sense of fulfilment and accomplishment of completing a show together with your friends is the best thing you can experience only on this course. This course is recommended for all levels.
You can participate even if you cannot attend every single course date.

For solo participants, in 5 private lessons, the instructor will lecture on professional choreography according to your level and needs and support you to the end!
This course is perfect for beginners who can’t create their choreography yet!

Please create and complete your show. This slot is recommended for dancers with experience performing in recitals and for advanced-level dancers.
Please attend a self-produced dancers’ only practice lesson that will be held separately from the general 2 rehearsals. Our instructors will give you some brief advice, check up on you and answer your questions in this lesson.
You can practice independently in the studio when it is not your turn.

Enjoy performing on stage, choreographed by our professionals! In 5 private group lessons, the instructor will lecture you on a wonderful choreography.
You and your friends can pair up or form a group of three, choose your favourite instructor and schedule your lessons in consultation with the instructor.
Even if you can’t create your choreography or are a beginner, we will happily help you.
Please consult with us about costumes, hair and makeup. The instructor will support you to the end, and we will complete the show together!
