Guide for Existing Members: How to use the new class booking system “hacomono”
If you currently hold a valid 5/10 class ticket or an Open Pole / Aerial ticket, you may continue to use those tickets after April as long as they remain within their validity period. *Expired class tickets cannot be used.
Bookings until March 31, 2026 :
Please continue using the current booking system “Coubic / Kantan Yoyaku”
Bookings from April 1, 2026, onward:
Please make reservations using the new system “hacomono”
Initial Setup (Required for All Members)
All members are required to complete the following initial setup when logging in to the new class booking system “hacomono” for the first time. *Estimated time required: approximately 3 minutes.
After completing the above steps, please proceed to the section that applies to you.

①Initial Setup – Login
Your existing member account has already been transferred to the new class booking system “hacomono”. Please log in to your account by following these steps. Please do not create a new account.
Our booking system is currently only available in Japanese. Please use your browser’s translation function to view it in English or any other preferred language.🙏
Please go to the new class booking system “hacomono”. Enter the email address you used in the previous class booking system and the initial password “123456”.
*If you did not register an email address in the previous class booking system, a temporary email address has been created for you. Please get in touch with the studio for assistance.
② Initial Setup – Change your password
For security reasons, please change your password to one of your choice. After entering your new password, click “Change Password.”
③ Initial Setup – Email Verification
Please verify your email address.
④ Initial Setup – Confirm Your Profile
⑤ Initial Setup – Credit card registration (optional)
If you would like to pay each class fee or monthly membership fees by credit card, you may register your card for convenience. If you prefer to pay in cash at the studio, this step is not required.

Step 1
Please book your class after April 1 using the new class booking system “hacomono”.
Step 2
When you come to the studio for that class, our staff will transfer the remaining classes from the previous class booking system to the new system, “hacomono”.
Please note:
Until this transfer process is completed, you will not be able to make a second booking. After the transfer is completed, you will be able to make multiple bookings.
・How to Make Your First Lesson Reservation in hacomono
In My Page → Tickets, you will find the following ticket:
“[For members who have remaining tickets only] New system first lesson reservation”
Please use this ticket to make your first reservation after April 1.

Initially, your contract plan in the new system hacomono will be displayed as: “Old System Ticket Member.”
You may register for a monthly membership plan yourself through the new class booking system “hacomono”.
If you need assistance, please visit the studio during business hours, and our reception staff will help you.
💚If you wish to start a monthly membership or register as a spot/drop-in member starting in April, please complete the procedure by March – April.
💛 If you wish to start a monthly membership or register as a spot/drop-in member starting in May, please complete the procedure by April 10.
💗 If you wish to start a monthly membership or register as a spot/drop-in member starting in June, please complete the procedure by May 10.
If you have not completed the process between April and June, your membership will not expire. Please contact the studio by email, and we will guide you through the process. info@poledancetokyo.com

【⚠️Important Notes】During the system migration, all members will see a ticket labelled “[For members who have remaining tickets only] New system first lesson reservation”.
Please note that members without a valid class ticket should not use this ticket. If you do not have a valid lesson ticket, please purchase “[Spot Member 1 Lesson]” when you book a class.
