Calling all performers on July 20th! Join us for the annual Pole Dance Tokyo showcase, where more than 50 students and 500 audience members will gather. Let’s express ourselves and make this summer special on the big stage at Shinjuku-mura LIVE Hall! This is the most exciting event of the year that you won’t want to miss!
The day after the presentation, July 21st (Monday), is a public holiday. You can relax the following day if you are off from work that day.
This event is ideal for first-time participants, beginners, and experienced individuals. Rest assured, all of our instructors will be there to support you. Let’s create wonderful memories together!

Group course fully choreographed by instructors.
In this course, our excellent instructors will guide you in song selection and choreography, and you will work in groups of about 3 to 10 people to complete the show together. The group will perform big tricks and group dances that can only be done in a group and give the audience a fantastic show! Pole dance, aerial hoop, aerial tissu, and chair dance courses are available. The sense of fulfilment and accomplishment of completing a show together with your friends is the best thing you can experience only on this course.
This course is recommended for all levels. You can participate even if you cannot attend every single course date.

Solo and instructor fully produced (choreographed by instructor)
For solo participants, the instructor will lecture on professional choreography in 60-minute private lessons each, for a total of 5 private lessons, according to your level and needs and support you until the end! This course is ideal for beginners who cannot create their own choreography or for students who want to dance using professional choreography! The lesson schedule is flexible and can be arranged with the instructor.

Please create and complete your show. This slot is recommended for dancers with experience performing in recitals and for advanced-level dancers. Please attend a self-produced dancers’ only practice lesson that will be held separately from the general 2 rehearsals.
In this lesson, our instructors will give you brief advice, check up on you, and answer your questions. You can practice independently in the studio when it is not your turn.

Enjoy performing on stage, choreographed by our professionals! In 60-minute lessons each, the instructor will lecture you on a fantastic choreography for five private group lessons. You and your friends can pair up or form a group of three, choose your favourite instructor, and schedule your classes in consultation with the instructor. Even if you can’t create your choreography or are a beginner, we will happily help you.
Please consult with us about costumes, hair and makeup. The instructor will support you to the end, and we will complete the show together!
